In addition, AI technology also helps Ms. Huong's cooperative access more dragon fruit care processes, and how to use pesticides and fertilizers reasonably and effectively. In the processing stage, she also learns many new formulas, creating a difference for the product.

"Thanks to the training, businesses and cooperatives are familiar with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot... From there, we know how to apply them to writing sales articles, designing images, building development plans, and processing internal reports of the business. Some tasks that used to take us hours to process, now, with the support of digital technology , can be solved in just a few minutes. This helps cooperatives save a lot of time, effort and costs", Ms. Huong shared.

Through research, it is known that in Lam Dong, many cooperatives have initially studied the process of building "AI employees" - digital assistants that undertake specific tasks to automate work processes. Thanks to increasingly accessible AI tools and decreasing implementation costs, cooperatives have boldly adapted to changes in the race to increase product value, optimize operations and reach customers. The application of digital technology tools has helped cooperative management boards save time in many stages, creating conditions to focus resources on product development and trade promotion.
