Although the powertrain remains unchanged, the new version has been slightly upgraded in design and added more modern amenities. Accordingly, the Honda HR-V 2025 still has 4 versions: 1.5LS, 1.5L Turbo E, 1.5L Turbo V and the hybrid e:HEV RS, with prices ranging from RM 115,900 - RM 143,900 (about VND 713.2 - 885.5 million).
The 2025 Honda HR-V has a newly designed, wider grille with a distinct shape for each version. The front bumper area of the car has also been redesigned, helping to increase the recognition of each variant. The headlights on the RS version have been upgraded to matrix LED projectors, with active cornering assist lights. The rear of the car has a slimmer and sharper LED taillight cluster. The RS version still maintains the seamless taillight design running across the rear of the car. The entire product range now uses standard 18-inch alloy wheels, replacing the previous 17-inch type on the S and E versions. The wheel design is familiar but has a new two-tone scratched finish, replacing the previous monochrome gray paint. In terms of interior, the center console area of the 2025 Honda HR-V has been changed from a "semi-wraparound" style to a symmetrical layout, helping to create more storage space below the air conditioning control cluster.
The 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system now supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. USB-C ports are available from the S trim, while the E and above trims get two more ports for the rear seats. A USB-A port remains in the front. The top-of-the-line RS trim gets Qi wireless charging. In addition, many previously high-end features have been brought down to lower versions. For example, the Honda Connect feature with remote vehicle control is now standard on all versions. The variable ratio power steering (VGR), previously only available from the V version onwards, is now available from the E version. A hands-free electric trunk is also standard on the V version. Some other equipment is only available on the high-end version such as automatic electric folding rearview mirrors (V and RS), black leather seats with embossed RS logo (on e:HEV RS). However, the spare tire on the V version is now reduced from 18 inches to 17 inches, while the RS version still uses an emergency tire repair kit. Powering the 2025 Honda HR-V are still three powertrain options. The first is the S version equipped with a 1.5L DOHC i-VTEC naturally aspirated gasoline engine (L15B), producing 119 horsepower at 6,600 rpm and 145 Nm of torque at 4,300 rpm, with a CVT gearbox.
The second is the V version equipped with a 1.5L VTEC Turbo engine with a capacity of 178 horsepower and 240 Nm of torque, also combined with a CVT gearbox. Finally, the RS version is equipped with a hybrid powertrain with a combination of a 129 horsepower/253 Nm electric motor and a 1.5L Atkinson DOHC i-VTEC gasoline engine with 105 horsepower/131 Nm. All versions of the 2025 HR-V are equipped with the Honda Sensing active safety package, including a full range of advanced features: Forward Collision Warning (FCW); Collision Mitigation Braking (CMBS); Lane Departure Warning (LDW); Lane Keeping Assist (LKAS); Lane Departure Mitigation (RDM); Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low Speed Range (LSF); Adaptive High Beam (AHB); Lead Vehicle Departure Warning (LCDN)...
