Attending the program were: Dr. Tran Lan Phuong, Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union; Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien, Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy; representatives of leaders of departments and units of the Vietnam Women's Union; the Academy's Board of Directors, teachers, parents, and 505 full-time university students, university transfer students and 29 master's students of the Vietnam Women's Academy.

The 2021-2025 course summary report for students of the 9th course (K9) highlighted many achievements of students and graduate students in the context of their difficult study time due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, both teachers and students still achieved many proud achievements. In total, in all 3 graduation rounds, nearly 700 K9 students graduated, with an on-time graduation rate of over 55%. Notably, over 90% of graduates achieved a grade of Good or higher, with many students achieving excellent and good graduation results.
In addition to academic achievements, many K9 students have actively conducted scientific research and achieved high awards with a total of 90 students participating in 48 scientific topics and publishing 79 scientific products, winning 11 scientific awards at all levels - including 01 Ministry-level award and 01 First Prize at the Academy level.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien, Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy, said that in the 2024-2025 school year, the academy will enroll more than 2,000 students in 11 training majors, with a strong improvement in entrance scores. The academy organizes undergraduate and postgraduate training more seriously, with quality improvements and strong digital transformation. 100% of credit classes are organized for direct learning in parallel with virtual classes on digital platforms, helping students access knowledge and participate in many different learning and training methods. The academy continues to strengthen quality assurance work, including successfully completing external assessments of 3 majors and organizing the second assessment ofeducational institution quality.
In the field of science and technology, during the school year, there were more than 300 scientific publications with points published by lecturers and researchers, including more than 20 international publications. With the right development strategy, the Academy has achieved complete autonomy in regular expenses, invested in the project to expand the training facility in Gia Lam commune ( Hanoi ), developed a team of high-quality lecturers with 75 PhDs and Associate Professors - creating a solid foundation for innovation, integration and sustainable development.
"In early 2025, the Academy was ranked 52nd out of 237 universities nationwide, continuously improving its reputation and position in the Vietnamese education system," emphasized Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Tien also expressed his deep gratitude to the teaching staff who have devoted much enthusiasm, made tireless efforts, innovated, created and passed on knowledge to generations of students. In particular, the Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Vietnam Women's Union for their constant attention, deep guidance, and close coordination of the Central Committees and units of the Union in all activities of the Academy. In addition, the Academy also highly appreciated the support and cooperation of organizations, businesses and individuals who have accompanied and contributed to creating a learning environment that is closely linked to practice, helping students grow up firmly and confidently on their development journey.
At the moment of the students' official graduation, on behalf of the teachers, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien sent meaningful messages to the students. For the new bachelors, this is an important step, contributing to helping them build a foundation of knowledge, practice professional skills, cultivate life values and light up big dreams. For the new masters, today's achievements are proof of their determination and intelligence, the foundation for them to continue to make more positive contributions to agencies, organizations, communities and society. The Academy believes that you will be the ones spreading knowledge, the ones creating value in a world that is constantly changing.
