Comrade Pham Duy Hung, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, gave a speech.
The Organizing Committee of the Conference received 25 papers from authors from many agencies, units and localities in the province. The papers were all carefully prepared, closely following the topic, with high theoretical and practical value, focusing on clarifying the core values expressed in the works of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, and at the same time analyzing the application to the reality of Bac Kan province.
At the workshop, delegates listened to a number of typical presentations such as: "Implementing the mass mobilization movement skillfully based on traditional cultural values in Bac Kan province" by comrade Pham Duy Hung, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; "Continuing to promote the role and position of the political school system in fostering theory and inspiring culture"; "Bac Kan press contributes to realizing the ideology of advanced Vietnamese culture, imbued with national identity"; "Promoting the role of digital technology in preserving and developing culture according to the guiding ideology of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong"...
Speaking at the workshop, comrade Pham Duy Hung emphasized: The work of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong is a valuable ideological heritage, a major strategic orientation on cultural development in the new era. Core values such as the viewpoints "culture is the spiritual foundation of society", "culture must be closely linked to politics and economics ", or "cultural development for the perfection of the personality of the Vietnamese people" continue to be the guiding principles for leadership, direction and organization of socio-economic development tasks; at the same time, contributing to enriching the cultural identity of local ethnic groups...
The workshop is an opportunity for scientists, leaders, managers, lecturers, reporters, cultural officials, etc. to discuss and clarify the ideological value in the works of the late General Secretary and propose effective ways to concretize them in each field of work. Thereby, continuing to affirm the fundamental role and endogenous strength of culture in the sustainable development of the country in general and Bac Kan province in particular.
In her closing speech at the workshop, Comrade Au Thi Hong Tham, Principal of the Provincial Political School, affirmed: The contents discussed at the workshop are not only important theoretical bases, but also specific action directions for local Party committees, authorities, organizations and individuals to continue to thoroughly grasp and creatively and effectively apply the great ideological values in the works of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong into practice. The Organizing Committee would like to receive all comments and contributions at the workshop to synthesize and complete the report, and at the same time make specific recommendations to competent authorities, as a basis for developing an action program and implementation plan suitable to the actual conditions of the locality./.
