Conference of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Veterans Association, term VII

On June 13, the Provincial Veterans Association (CCB) held a conference of the Provincial Veterans Association Executive Committee, term VII, to review the association's work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025. Attending the conference was comrade Nguyen Bat Khanh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the provincial Veterans Associations at all levels admitted 1,413 new members, bringing the total number of members in the province to 71,486. The provincial Veterans Association has led and directed all levels of the association to successfully complete assigned tasks.

The War Veterans Associations at all levels in the province have encouraged members to actively participate in labor, production, and business, effectively implementing the campaigns and emulation movements of "Exemplary War Veterans" and "War Veterans helping each other reduce poverty and do good business ".

In the first 6 months of the year, the Association has secured over 430 billion VND from the Social Policy Bank for more than 6,000 members to borrow capital for economic development; supported the construction and repair of 11 houses, worth 625 million VND for war veterans in difficult circumstances; participated in charity activities, visited and presented 700 gifts to war veterans and outstanding former youth volunteers who participated in the resistance war against the US to save the country with a total value of 210 million VND; maintained 980 self-management groups with nearly 5,600 members participating; all levels of the Association actively and exemplaryly participated in the emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization,educating the revolutionary tradition for the younger generation...

Regarding the direction and tasks for the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Association of War Veterans directs all levels of the association to grasp the local situation, the thoughts of members and people to promptly advise the Party Committee and the government; continue to promote propaganda, dissemination, and implementation of directives, resolutions, programs, projects, and tasks of the association in the last 6 months of 2025 in conjunction with disseminating advanced models and typical examples of war veterans in all areas of association work; replicate and develop good production and business models among members; focus on completing the association's tasks well...

On this occasion, collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "For the poor - Leaving no one behind" in the period 2021 - 2025 were awarded.
