The project "Rural residential area of Phung Nguyen commune" was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in principle for investment under Decision No. 505/QD-UBND dated March 7, 2022. Accordingly, the total land area recovered for project implementation is 10.18 hectares, affecting 214 households in the area.

The work of compensation, support and site clearance began in May 2023 and has now been completed with 213/214 households agreeing to receive money and hand over land. However, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu's household, although having a decision approving the compensation and support plan, has not yet agreed to receive money and has not yet handed over the site as prescribed.
In order to ensure the strictness of the law as well as the progress of project implementation, the Enforcement Board has proceeded to recover land plot No. 186, map sheet No. 11 in Phung Nguyen commune, which Ms. Thu is using, in accordance with current legal regulations and on the basis of decisions issued by the People's Committee of Lam Thao district.
The entire enforcement process took place safely, in accordance with legal procedures and regulations, ensuring absolute security, order and traffic safety.
At the enforcement session, representatives of the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council and relevant authorities fully announced the relevant decisions and documents and issued the enforcement order. The entire process was carried out in accordance with legal procedures, ensuring absolute safety for people and property, maintaining security, order and traffic safety in the area.
