At the meeting, the District People's Council reviewed, discussed and commented on 07 submissions of the District People's Committee related to the adjustment of financial plans, investment and resource allocation to implement National Target Programs (NTPs).
Specifically, the meeting reviewed the following contents: The draft resolution on adjusting the 2024 regular expenditure estimate that has been transferred to 2025 and the 2025 regular expenditure estimate for the National Target Programs. The draft resolution on adjusting the 2024 investment capital plan that has been transferred to 2025 to implement the National Target Programs.
Draft resolution on adjusting the capital allocation plan for implementing the National Target Programs for the period 2021 - 2025 (12th time). Draft resolution on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan from local budget sources for the period 2021 - 2025 (12th time).
Submission of the draft resolution on adjusting the public investment plan from the local budget in 2025 (3rd time). Submission of the draft resolution on adjusting and allocating the investment plan to implement the National Target Programs in 2025 (4th time). Report on the allocation of unallocated district-level budget funds from January 1, 2025 to May 30, 2025.
Along with that, the Economic - Social Committee of the District People's Council presented the review report on the above submissions and reports.
Based on discussions at the meeting hall, the meeting voted to pass 07 important resolutions, creating a legal basis for the District People's Committee to deploy financial and public investment contents and effectively implement socio-economic development programs in the area./.
