Thousands of people from all over the country flocked to the Exhibition '80 Years of Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness'

VHO - On the afternoon of August 28, from 1:00 p.m., the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Dong Anh, Hanoi, became colorful and bustling as tens of thousands of people from all over the country gathered at the opening ceremony of the National Achievement Exhibition '80 Years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness'.

The event marks the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2, bringing a space to experience culture, technology, education, agriculture , national defense and tourism imbued with Vietnamese identity.

The exhibition “80 Years of Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness” takes place from August 28 to September 5, 2025, gathering the participation of central ministries, branches, 34 provinces and cities, and many typical state-owned and private enterprises.

As soon as the exhibition opened, people from all over the country began to flock to the Vietnam Exhibition Center, creating a crowded but orderly scene.

Many families, groups of young people and students eagerly explored each exhibition area, from modern technology models to traditional cultural spaces, typical products of the three regions and historical architectural works.

Mr. Pham Van Tuan ( Hanoi ) expressed: “This is the first time my family and I have visited such a large exhibition. It is impressive to see the country's unique achievements in technology, agriculture, culture and architecture in the same space.”

As the afternoon wore on, the crowd of people flocking to the exhibition '80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness' grew larger, creating a bustling and colorful scene at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, Hanoi. Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (Thanh Hoa) said: "I was very moved when visiting the booths, especially the booth of my hometown Thanh Hoa. Not only did I learn many new things, but I also felt proud of the country's remarkable development steps."

The exhibition “80 years of Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness” is becoming an attractive destination not only for the people of the capital but also for visitors from all over the country.

The event arouses national pride, emphasizes the spirit of solidarity and responsibility in building and defending the Fatherland, and brings valuable cultural and educational experiences to all ages.
