On August 15, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City announced the program "New Da Nang - New Experience" with 5 key groups of activities, implemented from September to the end of 2025. The city offers a series of attractive promotional programs for tourists on this occasion.
Visitors are exempted from 100% of entrance fees to museums such as Da Nang Museum, Cham Sculpture Museum, Fine Arts Museum and Sa Huynh Culture Museum. Many attractions are discounted by 40-50%, with special offers at Sun World Ba Na Hills, VinWonders Nam Hoi An and Dong Giang Heaven Gate.
In addition, visitors also have the opportunity to receive tens of thousands of vouchers for 20-50% discount on accommodation, food , Han River tours and taxi discounts.
Ms. Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City, affirmed that the tourism industry will focus on improving service quality and building a friendly and safe environment.
Also in this program, Da Nang City will issue "3 experience passports" in the fields of cuisine, heritage, and green tourism for tourists from September 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
Passports are issued in paper and online via TripC. Each passport comes with destination benefits, free tickets, discounts on payments via VNPAY, travel benefits and gifts for those who collect enough stamps.
Tourist attractions in Da Nang City offer many incentives to attract visitors at the end of the year
Ms. Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City, said that the program is expected to contribute to achieving the goal of welcoming more than 17.3 million overnight guests in 2025, including 7.6 million international visitors and 9.7 million domestic visitors, with revenue of over VND29.9 trillion.
Ms. Hanh committed that along with improving the experience, the local tourism industry will focus on ensuring service quality and building a friendly and safe tourism environment.
On this occasion, Da Nang City also announced the "Da Nang SMILE" Cultural Tourism Criteria to guide the behavior, attitude, and civilized manners of the business community and tourists. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City and the Tourism Association affirmed that they will regularly inspect, monitor, and receive feedback via the hotline to ensure the rights of tourists throughout their experience in the city.
