Attending and chairing at the Hue City bridge were City Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Minh and City Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Hue Newspaper and Radio and Television Hoang Dang Khoa.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong emphasized: The development of regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of provincial and municipal press and radio and television agencies is an urgent requirement, aiming to institutionalize the Party's major policies and orientations on innovation and reorganization of the press system towards streamlining, efficiency, and modernity.

Therefore, delegates promoted their sense of responsibility and frankly contributed their opinions to the draft content, especially on the organizational structure and functions of each department, in accordance with the reality of each locality. The goal is to ensure good implementation of political tasks while adapting to the rapid development of multi-platform journalism, digital transformation and integration requirements in the new period.

Adding his comments to the draft, Editor-in-Chief of Hue Newspaper, Radio and Television Hoang Dang Khoa emphasized: The construction of the organizational structure of the unified press agency needs to be in-depth integrated, not rigidly divided according to press types as before. At the same time, there needs to be two clear transitional stages so that the staff can stabilize, adapt and promote efficiency.

Mr. Hoang Dang Khoa further affirmed: If the apparatus structure is in a modern direction, with integrated content production as the center, it must be carried out step by step, first stabilizing, then integrating in depth to ensure the quality of content and the spirit of innovation in modern journalism. In the initial stage, separate functional departments should be maintained for print newspapers, electronic newspapers and radio and television, creating conditions for the team to get acquainted, coordinate and stabilize the organization. In the long term, it is necessary to build a model of 6 specialized departments suitable for integrated journalism.

The Central Organizing Committee will synthesize and absorb the comments to perfect the regulations, serving as an important basis for reorganizing the provincial press agency system in the spirit of comprehensive innovation.
