Google Photos adds AI feature to turn photos into videos, anime

Google Photos can now turn still photos into animated videos or anime in seconds. The new AI feature is coming to all devices soon.

Google has just integrated a series of innovative AI features into the Google Photos app.

The “Photo to Video ” feature allows users to select any photo and turn it into a 6-second video.

You can choose the “Subtle Motion” effect or let the AI create it with “I'm Feeling Lucky”.

The “Remix” feature allows you to turn photos into anime, sketches, or 3D animations.

All of the new tools will be housed in a “Create” tab launching in August in the US.

Each AI product will be attached with a SynthID digital watermark to distinguish between real and fake photos.

Google is committed to responsible feature development and encourages users to provide feedback.
