Along with the constant attention of the Party, the State, and all levels from the central to local levels, the preservation and promotion of the cultural and artistic values of Then singing and Tinh lute play a very important role for artisans. When it comes to Then singing and Tinh lute, it is impossible not to mention People's Artist Hoang Thi Bich Hong.

People's Artist Hoang Thi Bich Hong is one of the typical advanced examples in the national cultural field in 2023.

In 2022, People's Artist Hoang Thi Bich Hong was honored to be one of 64 artisans nationwide to be awarded the title of "People's Artist". In 2023, with her special contributions, People's Artist Hoang Thi Bich Hong is one of the typical advanced examples in the national cultural field.

Although she is nearly 80 years old, People's Artist Hoang Thi Bich Hong, a Tay ethnic (Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen) still devotes her heart to teaching the younger generation and local people about the value of the art form of Then singing and Tinh lute.

Until now, her Then singing and Tinh singing are still a source of inspiration that attracts many people to this cultural art form. Proficient in Then singing, Tinh lute, ancient But singing, ancient Then, the ability to play Tinh lute solo skillfully, adapt Then melodies to write lyrics, she also masters the Then melodies of provinces such as Cao Bang, Lang Son, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen.
