Handing over 6,078.9m2 of land to Dan Phuong district to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area

Kinhtedothi - Hanoi City has assigned 6,078.9 square meters of land to the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area.

On March 20, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1621/QD-UBND on the assignment of ^6,078.9m2 of land (completed site clearance) in Thuong Mo commune, Dan Phuong district to the Dan Phuong district People's Committee to implement the project of Construction of technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in area X28, cluster 8, Thuong Mo commune, Dan Phuong district, Hanoi.

The location, boundary, and area of ​​the land for project implementation are determined in the 1/500 scale General Land Use Plan of the project on Construction of technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in area X28, cluster 8, Thuong Mo commune, Dan Phuong district, prepared by DOE Construction Investment and Design Consulting Joint Stock Company, approved by Dan Phuong District People's Committee with Document No. 971/UBND-QLDT dated June 8, 2023.

Form of land use: Dan Phuong District People's Committee is allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees.
