Supervising population work at Health Stations, Health Points and Cao Bang Health Centers

On August 20, 2025, a working delegation of the Cao Bang Provincial Population Department led by Comrade Do Thi Chinh - Head of the Department inspected and supervised the implementation of population work at Song Bang Health Station, Duyet Trung Health Station and Cao Bang Health Center. The supervision was carried out in the context that the non-professional population staff had finished their work.

At the working locations, the delegation heard reports on the results of implementing population activities in the past time on developing implementation plans and disbursement progress of funds for activities under the Health - Population target program converted into regular expenditure tasks; training costs, funds for implementing Resolution No. 53/2021/NQ-HDND dated July 29, 2021 of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council promulgating Regulations on a number of policies to support population work in Cao Bang province for the period 2021-2030; Resolution No. 55/2021/NQ-HDND dated July 29, 2021 of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council promulgating Regulations on a number of mechanisms and policies for socialization of population work in Cao Bang province until 2030. Results of advisory work, propaganda work, and mobilizing people to implement population policies; Management, use of forms, books and statistical reports at the facility...

Through monitoring, it is shown that, despite difficulties in human resources at the grassroots level, Cao Bang Medical Center and Medical Stations and Medical Points still maintain good professional activities, advisory work for government agencies, coordination with relevant agencies, mass organizations, and residential groups in the area in propaganda, mobilization and management of specialized population data, contributing to raising people's awareness of population work.

In addition to the achieved results, the delegation also pointed out some difficulties and limitations in the implementation process at the grassroots level such as: Monitoring, updating data, and data management are not regular and continuous and requested the Health Station and Health Point to continue to overcome, proactively advise local Party committees and authorities to ensure the maintenance and improvement of the quality of population work in the coming time.
