Since the beginning of June, Pi Network price has been on a downward trend of nearly 6%. However, recent technical analysis shows that the downward momentum is weakening, opening up hope for a short-term accumulation or recovery period.
The DMI (Directional Movement Index) indicator – a tool to measure trend strength – is sending more positive signals. Regarding the price trend, the EMA (moving average) line is showing that Pi is still holding the technical support level around 0.601 USD. If this price level is maintained, Pi can stabilize again and form a new accumulation zone. On the contrary, if this level is lost, the possibility of a further price decline will be present.
Although Pi is currently trading below $1, many investors still expect Pi to reach $10 in the near future. The arguments given include: a huge user community, a limited supply, and expectations for a real ecosystem.
