Unforgettable first impression

The first time he set foot in Quy Nhon, Mr. The Anh (42 years old, living in Vinh, Nghe An ), father of golfer Pham The Nam, could not hide his excitement.

“The weather here is cool and pleasant, the people are friendly and hospitable. My son and I rented a hotel by the sea in Nhon Ly, the scenery is very beautiful, especially the food is delicious, the fresh seafood is extremely attractive”.

From Hanoi, Mr. Bao Toan (60 years old), father of golfer Bao Minh, also had similar feelings. Although he had traveled here 5 years ago, this return within the framework of the tournament still brought him a new and exciting feeling.

“Everything has changed a lot, but the fresh air and delicious food still impress me. I hope you play well today. Tonight, we will take the opportunity to go sightseeing before returning to Hanoi ,” Mr. Toan shared.

This year's National Golf Championship was highly appreciated by parents and experts for its organization quality and professionalism.

Mr. Toan said that organizing the tournament in Gia Lai is a new point, bringing positive effects: "The golf movement in the Central and Southern regions is not as strong as in the North. Bringing the tournament here is like a push to develop this sport, at the same time creating opportunities for athletes to compete in a new environment."

He also highly appreciated the level of golfers this year: “Many of them can compete with professional players. This is a great motivation for the younger generation.”

Not only the athletes or parents, but also the referee team was impressed with the field.

Referee Nguyen Chinh Viet (35 years old, Ha Long, Quang Ninh) said: "FLC Golf Links Quy Nhon course meets standards, has many challenges, and is truly a professional competition. Yesterday after the competition day ended, I took the opportunity to go swimming in the sea, and I must say the sea here is very beautiful."

Ms. Nguyen Quynh Chung (45 years old, Hanoi), mother of two golfers Gia Vinh and Khanh Linh, said that she had taken her children to compete in many places, but was especially impressed with the course at FLC Golf Links Quy Nhon.
