Nearly 10,000 young volunteers join the "Green Summer" campaign in 2025

In the 2025 "Green Summer" Youth Volunteer Campaign, the whole province established 123 teams, with nearly 10,000 young volunteers participating.

Including 102 volunteer teams in communes and wards; 7 specialized teams at provincial level and 14 teams from colleges and universities in the area.

This year's campaign is held from July 1 to August 31 (peaking in July), in all localities in the province, focusing on a number of key points such as: Strengthening the quality of youth union branches and associations through skills training, recruiting new union members/association members and introducing exemplary party members, implementing volunteer activities according to the policy of "3 links", "1+1", "1+2".

The "Green Summer" youth volunteer team of the Central University of Construction repaired houses for poor families in Phu Yen ward.

Building new rural areas by renovating infrastructure, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, protecting the environment, responding to climate change, promoting electricity saving and civility in weddings, funerals and festivals. In addition, activities to build civilized urban areas include promoting urban lifestyle, traffic culture and introducing the beauty of Vietnamese culture at tourist attractions.

Join hands to solve social security issues such as guiding the application of digital technology , disseminating legal knowledge, reproductive health, preventing social evils and epidemics, equipping skills for youth, visiting families with preferential policies, lonely elderly people, building and repairing houses of gratitude, repairing martyrs' cemeteries and lighting candles in gratitude.

The provincial "Green Summer" volunteer team organized a STEM Festival for children in Dray Bhang commune.

Caring for children through organizing summer activities, cultural and sports activities, cultural review (including improving English), instructing on skills to prevent drowning, injuries and child abuse, and mobilizing social resources to support children.

This year in particular, the "Green Summer" campaign also focuses on implementing activities to support the operation of the two-level local government model and promote the "Digital Education for All" movement; support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses; and carry out projects and tasks to welcome Party Congresses at all levels.
