Epson launches TM-T82IV receipt printer

Epson has just officially launched the TM-T82IV receipt printer. The product stands out with its fast printing speed, high durability and flexible integration capabilities, optimally meeting the continuous operation needs of businesses in the retail, food and beverage (F&B) sector.

As point of sale (POS) systems increasingly play a pivotal role in efficient store operations, the demand for high-speed, easy-to-maintain printers is also growing rapidly.

Following the success of the TM-T82III series, the TM-T82IV model has been comprehensively upgraded in terms of hardware and design, with a printing speed of up to 250 mm/sec. With these improvements, the TM-T82IV becomes the ideal solution for businesses that need a stable, flexible and smooth-running receipt printer, especially during peak trading hours.

With dimensions of only 14.6 x 19.9 x 14.6 cm and a weight of 1.7 kg, the TM-T82IV can be easily arranged in many spaces, from the cashier counter to the kitchen. The surface with few edges makes it easy to clean, combined with dust and water resistance, helping the machine always operate stably even in hot, humid environments with high intensity such as restaurants or eateries.

In addition, the machine is also equipped with an integrated cable protection cover to help keep the checkout counter tidy and reduce the risk of disconnection, contributing to stable operation.

Compared to its predecessor, the TM-T82IV has a cutter life of up to 2 million times (33% increase from 1.5 million before), along with stable printing performance, suitable for continuous daily use.

Adding a feature not available in the previous version, the machine also supports printing Code128 barcodes to process complex data with high accuracy, serving well for order management, warehousing and shipping. At the same time, the integrated smart paper-saving technology helps reduce up to 30% of paper consumption, thereby saving costs, minimizing waste and supporting businesses in their efforts to develop sustainably.
