On the night of December 4 and 5, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea will have strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 8, waves 2-4m high, and rough seas.
The western sea area of the North East Sea (including the sea area of Hoang Sa archipelago), Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau, strong northeast wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8, waves 2-3.5m high, rough sea.
