In the middle of August, coming to Vinh Phong commune, it is easy to feel the bustling and exciting atmosphere present on every street and alley. From cadres, party members to people, all are united in their hearts towards the 1st Congress of Vinh Phong commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Society of Vinh Phong Commune, Le Thanh Tam, shared: “The Commune Party Committee has directed departments, branches, sectors, and socio-political organizations to coordinate in implementing propaganda work, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere among cadres and people. This congress is a major turning point, laying the foundation for the journey of sustainable construction and development in the future.”

Not only focusing on propaganda work, Vinh Phong commune also simultaneously deployed environmental sanitation activities, landscape beautification, creating a spacious appearance to welcome the congress. Right from the beginning of July, the core forces including cadres, civil servants of departments, offices, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, police and military forces of the commune, hamlet leaders and a large number of people have mobilized to carry out many practical tasks such as clearing trees and grass, cleaning garbage, unclogging sewers, planting flowers along the road, pruning ornamental trees...

The commune has stepped up propaganda and mobilized traders and people to participate in cleaning and beautifying the living space, creating a widespread impact. At the same time, the commune has installed surveillance cameras at garbage generating points and increased handling of violations. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has established 5 environmental sanitation monitoring teams. All these activities have contributed to beautifying the rural area, demonstrating the sense of responsibility of the entire political system and the people towards the congress.

According to Secretary of Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee Nguyen Chi Thanh, with the motto "Democracy - Solidarity - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the 1st Congress of Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 opens a new development path, more connected, more effective, worthy of the people's expectations. "The Congress will set out the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for comprehensive commune development in the coming term, associated with the practice of innovating the local governance model towards streamlining, effectiveness, efficiency, best serving the needs of the people. This is the first congress since the merger of the commune, a new milestone, where the political will, sense of responsibility, determination to innovate and development aspirations of the entire Party Committee and people in the commune are demonstrated", said comrade Nguyen Chi Thanh.

The consensus among the people is an important factor in the success of this congress. Each flower-filled street, each national flag fluttering in front of the people's houses is proof of that spirit. Secretary of the Ruong Sa 2 Hamlet Party Cell Nguyen Van Thong expressed: "People are looking forward to this congress because this is the first congress after the merger of the commune. People also place their trust and hope for positive changes in the new term. We hope that the new Party Executive Committee of the commune will have practical policies to help Vinh Phong develop further."

The documents of the Vinh Phong Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term have been carefully and seriously prepared. After 5 rounds of collecting opinions, the commune has absorbed and revised them comprehensively. The draft document also received contributions from the advisory bodies of the Provincial Party Committee, provincial departments and branches, scientists and commune leaders over the years. Thanks to that, the document is assessed as being close to reality, having "vitality", and providing clear directions for socio-economic development and improving people's lives in the coming period.

From the bustling atmosphere of the flower streets, from the consensus of each citizen to the spirit of innovation in each document, all are working together to write a new chapter for Vinh Phong homeland.
