On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the afternoon of July 26, Comrade Nguyen Van Chien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission visited, presented gifts; presented a symbolic plaque of 100 million VND from the "Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Hung Yen province in 2025" to support the family of war invalid Nguyen Van Lu, Hoang Cac village, Tien Tien commune.

Comrade Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Van Chien kindly asked about the health, family and life of wounded soldier Nguyen Van Lu, and expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of generations of fathers and brothers in the resistance wars, contributing to protecting the peace , independence and freedom of the nation. He wished war invalid Nguyen Van Lu a happy and healthy life, always being a shining example for his children and the younger generation to follow; and continuing to give practical suggestions to the Party Committee and the communal government in the process of effectively operating the two-level local government.
