Kinhtedothi - According to the decision, comrade Nguyen Van Phong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee was assigned as Head of the Steering Committee for Judicial Reform of the City Party Committee.

On November 28, Politburo member and Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai signed and issued Decision No. 7847-QD/TU on the completion of the members of the City Party Committee's Steering Committee to implement Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW dated June 2, 2005 of the Politburo on the Judicial Reform Strategy (City Party Committee's Judicial Reform Steering Committee).

According to the decision, comrade Nguyen Van Phong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee was assigned to be the Head of the Steering Committee to replace comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyen - Member of the Party Central Committee, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee (transferred to work as President of the Vietnam Women's Union for the 2022-2027 term).

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Ky - Chief Justice of the City People's Court, was appointed as a member of the Steering Committee to replace Comrade Nguyen Huu Chinh - former Chief Justice of the City People's Court, who retired under the regime. Comrade Bui Bao Tuan - Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, was appointed as a member of the Steering Committee to replace Comrade Phi Minh Hai - Permanent Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee due to work assignment.

Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW dated June 2, 2005 of the Politburo on Judicial Reform Strategy aims to build a clean, strong, democratic, strict, justice-protecting, gradually modernized judiciary serving the people and the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam; judicial activities, with a focus on trial activities, are conducted effectively and efficiently.

The Provincial Party Committee's Judicial Reform Steering Committee was established to lead and direct the implementation of Resolution 49-NQ/TW, monitor, inspect and urge the implementation of the Judicial Reform Strategy in its locality...
