Accordingly, at 10:30 a.m. on August 16, at Bac Luan 1 bridge area, Mong Cai international border gate, while entering Vietnam, a Chinese citizen named CEN SHENFENG (female, born in 1957) fainted while traveling here due to the heat.

Immediately after discovering the Chinese citizen fainted, the authorities and border guards at the Border Guard Station provided first aid and coordinated with the border medical staff to hand over the person to the authorities at Dongxing Border Gate, China, to bring the above citizen back to Vietnam.
