Who is supported with housing when working at Lam Dong Administrative Center?

According to the instructions of Lam Dong Department of Finance, there are 5 groups of people who are supported with accommodation rental fees when working at the Provincial Administrative Center.

On August 5, Lam Dong Department of Finance issued Official Dispatch No. 609 guiding on supporting accommodation rental for cadres, civil servants - public employees (CBCC-VC), workers (NLĐ) and funding sources to implement Resolution 06/2025/NQ-HDND, dated July 16, 2025 of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council.

In addition to 5 specific cases, Lam Dong Department of Finance stated that in cases where civil servants, public employees, and employees have been arranged accommodation but do not have a need to stay at the arranged place, they will not be supported from the date the agency or unit arranges accommodation.

Those who are provided with accommodation do not have to pay rent until June 30, 2026, but must pay for electricity and water through the calculation of the Provincial Housing Management Center.

For civil servants and public employees who have submitted applications for early retirement or resignation according to the provisions of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government , the heads of agencies and units will be given priority to work at the (old) headquarters and will not have to transfer to work at the Lam Dong Provincial Administrative Center (after the arrangement).

In case the nature of the job requires working at the head office, accommodation rental support will be provided until the date of the decision approving the resignation from the competent authority...

Communes, wards and special zones proactively balance local budgets to support provincial-level civil servants and public employees dispatched to commune-level work according to regulations.
