The minimum score for the Health sector with a practice certificate in 2024 is from 19 to 22.5 points.

On the afternoon of July 19, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the threshold to ensure input quality (floor score) from high school graduation exam scores to enroll students in health majors that grant university-level practice certificates.

Accordingly, the threshold to ensure input quality from high school graduation exam scores for admission to majors in the health sector with university-level practice certificates in 2024 for candidates in region 3 has the minimum score (without coefficient) of all combinations of 3 exams/subjects as follows:

Medicine and Dentistry have the highest minimum score of 22.5 points.

Next are the two majors Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy with a floor score of 21 points.

The following majors: Nursing, Preventive Medicine, Midwifery, Dental Prosthetics, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, and Rehabilitation Technology all have a minimum score of 19 points.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires that universities, academies, and colleges that train in health-related fields with university-level practice certificates organize the admission of candidates using high school graduation exam results according to the current regulations on university and college admissions for Preschool Education and other relevant guidance documents.

Compared to 2023, the floor score for the health sector with a university-level practice certificate in 2024 is stable as last year.
