Cultural and tourist destination of Co Tu in the Northwest of Da Nang
DNO - Ta Lang - Gian Bi Community Cultural Tourism Center (Hai Van ward) is considered a new tourist space for the Co Tu people in the Northwest of Da Nang.

Ta Lang - Gian Bi Community Cultural Tourism Center was built in Ta Lang - Gian Bi Resettlement Area in Hoa Bac Commune, Hoa Vang District in the past; now in Hai Van Ward, Da Nang City.
The project has an investment scale of more than 14.9 billion VND, a total construction area of 6,250m2 ; of which the construction area of the community cultural tourism center is 910m2 , the total floor area is about 750m2 . The project started on October 31, 2024 and was inaugurated on June 28, 2025.
According to the People's Committee of Hai Van Ward, after completion, the Ta Lang - Gian Bi Community Cultural Tourism Center will not only help 240 Co Tu households in the area subject to clearance for the Ho Chi Minh Road project, La Son - Tuy Loan section, have a place to live in the Ta Lang - Gian Bi Resettlement Area, but also contribute to preserving, promoting and spreading traditional cultural values; creating conditions for people to develop tourism and improve their lives.
