The issue of quality for the overseas labor market has become a priority and urgent issue that needs to be resolved today. Therefore, Ca Mau province is promoting the implementation of solutions to select and train workers, focusing on occupations that are in great demand in the international labor market.
To effectively solve this problem, vocational training institutions need to coordinate with recruiting enterprises to do a good job of statistics and evaluation of the professional qualifications, techniques, and vocational skills of workers; at the same time, promptly inform about foreign labor market trends to develop training plans and prepare appropriate labor resources.
