On August 16, District 3 People's Committee organized the 4th Science and Technology Festival in 2024 with the theme " Science and technology together with digital transformation - the power to change lives".
At the festival, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Nhung, Deputy Head of the Department of Intellectual Property Management and Innovation, Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City emphasized that science - technology and education - training are considered top national policies. In which, science and technology play a role in promoting economic activities, education - training helps to nurture talents, promote educational development and improve people's knowledge.
Speaking at the festival, Vice Chairwoman of District 3 People's Committee Pham Thi Thuy Hang said that state management of science and technology has always been of interest to District 3 and has been promoted through programs and plans.
The results achieved have demonstrated the determination of the entire political system of District 3 in implementing the task of applying science - technology and digital transformation in state management to serve people and businesses more and more effectively, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.
