The auction was successfully held with the final result being that Phuc Tin Service Joint Stock Company paid the highest price of 359.691 billion VND, 48.752 billion VND higher than the starting price.
The winning bidder will carry out the investment project according to the approved planning, which is to build office buildings, high-class hotels, tourist apartments and other tourism service functions with a maximum construction density of 80%; the number of floors of the building is from 15-25 floors above ground, the maximum number of basement floors is 5 floors (parking lot for the above-ground project).
The total investment of the project is expected to be more than 300,344 billion VND from the capital of the winning bidder.
The project implementation schedule is 24 months from the date the City People's Committee issues the decision to lease land to the winning enterprise.
Director of the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center Huynh Tan Quang said that in August 2025, the unit will coordinate to organize the auction of 2 land plots, including: land plot with symbol A1 belonging to the resettlement area project at the end of Bach Dang Dong route (Son Tra ward) with a total area of 11,371m2 and land plot with symbol A1-1, frontage on the road Vo Van Kiet (An Hai ward) has an area of 4,027m2 .
