In the first 6 months of the year, the Provincial Military Party Committee thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions, directives and instructions of the superiors, closely followed the key political tasks, focused on leading and directing the tasks, and comprehensively completed the set goals and tasks. Speaking at the conference, Major General Nguyen Dang Khai highly appreciated the comprehensive leadership and direction of the military and defense tasks of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Party Committee. He requested that in the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Military Party Committee should focus on performing well the function of advising and managing the state on military and defense; proactively lead the work of grasping and forecasting the situation, focusing on key, complicated and border areas; focus on directing the establishment of working groups to inspect the work of grasping the situation of the area, natural disasters and directing the military and defense tasks of units stationed in the areas.
Major General Nguyen Dang Khai requested the Provincial Military Party Committee to comprehensively deploy the "3 focuses" and "3 drastic measures" under the direction of General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission; focus on leading and directing the completion of infrastructure and equipment for defense operations; continue to effectively implement military and defense projects and plans; advise local leaders to well organize the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh focused on the attention and close direction of Military Region 2. He emphasized that the implementation of military and defense tasks in the last 6 months of the year took place in a very special context, with a new apparatus, a large amount of work, and forecasts of many difficulties and new developments. Therefore, the entire provincial political-military system needs determination and strong political will; improve the quality of ideological and political education for officers and soldiers; grasp the situation, carry out scientific tasks, suitable to practical conditions; focus on leadership and organizational consolidation; proactively focus on thoroughly implementing directives and resolutions from superiors; review institutions, mechanisms, and difficulties in facilities, proactively develop plans, and propose to the province policies to resolve them in accordance with practical conditions.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh requested the entire Party Committee to innovate and be creative; Each Party Committee member and Head of agencies and units must be unified, strict, and effectively organize and implement in a serious, responsible, dynamic, creative spirit, proactively seek opinions, grasp the situation, and promptly handle issues arising in the military area. The Provincial Military Party Secretary called on all armed forces of the province to work together and successfully carry out the tasks set out in the Resolution.
