The program aims to equip people with knowledge and skills in reproductive health care and family planning, especially the benefits of prenatal and newborn screening, thereby enabling early detection and timely treatment, helping children develop normally and healthily, contributing to improving the quality of the local population.

The program takes place until August 28 in the remaining 4 communes: Van Ninh, Van Thang, Tu Bong, Dai Lanh.
