At the conference, opinions unanimously assessed: In the first 6 months of 2025, the Party Committee of the TCCT Agency led and directed the construction of the Agency with many progressive changes; Party work and political work (CTĐ, CTCT) in the tasks had many innovations, creativity, and effectiveness; both regular and ad hoc tasks were well and excellently completed; internal solidarity and unity, the Agency was absolutely safe. Leaders of functional agencies proactively researched, grasped, assessed, and accurately forecasted the situation, promptly advised, directed, and guided the effective implementation of CTĐ, CTCT activities for the entire army, contributing to maintaining the Party's leadership over the Army, and building a politically strong Army.

Outstanding: Leading and directing the organization of study and research classes, thoroughly grasping the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission. Directing and guiding the work of political and ideologicaleducation and propaganda in the right direction, sensitively and promptly.

Organize well the activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. Launch and closely implement the Emulation Movement to Win in 2025 and the sudden and peak emulation campaigns; direct the summary of 10 years of implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle at all levels in the entire army.

Information, propaganda, press, publishing, printing and distribution, culture, literature, art, display and exhibition activities regularly adhere to political tasks, organize many creative activities with great influence.

Do a good job of researching, proposing amendments, supplements, and promulgating the Politburo and Secretariat's Regulations on Party organizations, political agency organizations, functions, and tasks of grassroots Party organizations, Border Guard Commands, and regional defense commands; select, direct, guide, and learn from experience of Party organizations to conduct congresses closely and actively prepare for the 12th Army Party Congress; coordinate in developing and implementing the Project on rearranging local military organizations to be "lean, compact, and strong".

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh requested agencies and units to coordinate well; study and grasp the situation, do a good job of advising and proposing to the Party Committee of the TCCT Agency to lead and direct the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of the CTTĐ and CTCT activities in the tasks, especially in implementing the Project on organizing the local military "lean, compact, strong"; administrative reform; strengthen the application of science and technology, artificial intelligence associated with the implementation of the Project on e-Government and digital transformation in the TCCT Agency; lead the successful organization of the Congress of Delegates of the TCCT Agency Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term in a truly exemplary and typical manner.

Party committees and commanders at all levels need to promote their responsibilities well, resolutely implement the resolution for the 2025-2030 term; advise and direct the effective implementation of projects, programs, and plans on political, ideological, cultural, artistic, press, and propaganda work.

Strengthen political education, dissemination and legal education for the subjects; proactively grasp, manage and orient the ideology and public opinion of officers and soldiers. Organize well the peak emulation movement and activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2 and the 12th Party Congress of the Army. Focus on advising and directing the successful organization of the Party Congresses at the grassroots level, the level directly under the Central Military Commission and the 12th Party Congress of the Army.
