Ia Sao 1 Coffee Company Party Committee successfully organized the 12th Congress

(GLO)- In 2 days (June 14 and 15), the Party Committee of Ia Sao 1 Coffee Company (Ia Grai district, Gia Lai province) held the 12th Congress, term 2025-2030.

During the past term, the Party Committee of Ia Sao 1 Company has promoted its comprehensive leadership role, focusing on directing the effective implementation of production and business tasks. The Party Committee has synchronously implemented the contract plan according to Decree 168 of the Government , ensuring that 100% of employees sign contracts. On average, each year, the Company achieves an output of 5,331 tons of fresh coffee beans, with a productivity of 13.2 tons/ha. Average revenue is 70 billion VND/year, reaching 111% of the plan; pre-tax profit is 1.8 billion VND/year, contributing to the budget 1.2 billion VND/year.

Party building work was focused on, and during the term, 5 new party members were admitted. The Party Committee also focused on streamlining the organizational structure and improving operational efficiency in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 5 of the Central Committee (term XIII).

The Congress evaluated the implementation results of the Resolution for the 2020-2025 term, and determined the direction, goals, and tasks for the new term. The Congress elected the Company's Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 6 members. Comrade Trinh Xuan Bay - Company Director was re-elected as Party Secretary.
