
The workshop "Implementing ESG with AI, what should businesses do?" within the framework of the Vietnam ESG Forum 2025: " Science and technology and driving force for sustainable development" was co-organized by Dan Tri newspaper and the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City this afternoon (August 14), at JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City).

This workshop is an event of the Vietnam ESG Forum 2025 with the theme "Science and technology and driving force for sustainable development". The Vietnam ESG Forum is an open forum, initiated and organized by Dan Tri newspaper since 2024 with many activities and event series, in which the highlight is the Vietnam ESG Awards.

The theme of the Vietnam ESG Forum 2025 is assessed by members of the Vietnam ESG Forum High Council and experts as being consistent with the spirit of Resolution 57 of the Politburo , which is to take science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation as the driving force for development.

In the context of AI being present everywhere as science and technology are increasingly developing, this workshop was assessed by the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam ESG Forum as well as the members of the Forum's Senior Council (including 12 members, who are prestigious and influential figures in the fields of environment, society and governance) as timely and practical.

Many guests were present and checked in early at the event organized by Dan Tri newspaper. The workshop is an event for the business community to connect directly with leading ESG experts, share the bottlenecks of ESG implementation right at their own units and receive useful advice.

At the workshop "Implementing ESG with AI, what should businesses do?", speakers will analyze and discuss in depth many practical topics, revolving around the connection between artificial intelligence (AI) and ESG in the context of Vietnamese businesses striving to transform towards sustainable development.

The workshop will demystify the concept of “AI in ESG” – clarifying how AI can help businesses effectively deliver on environmental (E), social (S) and governance (G) goals.

From there, the speakers will share practical lessons from domestic businesses that have implemented ESG using technology, pointing out common difficulties, common mistakes and how to overcome them.

Attendees will learn practical lessons from businesses that have applied ESG using technology, and access implementation roadmaps that are appropriate to the characteristics and resources of small and medium-sized enterprises.

In addition, attendees can also interact directly with experts and speakers to solve specific problems related to ESG implementation in their businesses.
