Transparent invoices, traceability

From that policy, many supermarkets and businesses in the province have strictly complied with regulations and been transparent in their business operations. A typical example is Huong Tam Mart Pho Yen with 2 chains of stores supplying thousands of essential items such as food, fresh food, consumer goods, household appliances, etc. with stable prices, publicly listed, clear origin and invoices.

Thanks to that, Huong Tam Mart becomes a trusted shopping address, contributing to building a civilized business environment and preventing commercial fraud in industrial parks.

Ms. Vu Thi Khanh Ninh, representative of Huong Tam Mart, said: We mainly serve workers in the Samsung area, so we always focus on providing quality products at reasonable prices. The Market Management force regularly inspects and supervises, thereby helping businesses maintain transparency in business and creating trust for consumers.

Similarly, Aloha Song Cong Supermarket serves factory workers, businesses and local people with about 10,000 items, from fresh and processed foods to household goods, clothing and stationery. All products are strictly controlled in terms of invoices, documents and labels, creating peace of mind for consumers and meeting the increasing living needs in the area.

Mr. Truong Hoang Trung, Director of Aloha Supermarket, said: The supermarket's goods are always carefully selected, ensuring clear origin, especially in the field of food safety. The Market Management force in the area regularly conducts monthly and quarterly inspections, thereby helping the unit to comply with legal regulations and strengthen customer confidence.

Currently, the province has about 100,000 workers, of which 40% come from other localities; Samsung Thai Nguyen alone creates stable jobs for about 30,900 workers. For workers in industrial parks, access to quality goods at reasonable prices not only meets their living needs but also contributes to ensuring social security.

Ms. Do Thi Lan, a worker at Samsung Thai Nguyen Company, shared: Workers' income is mainly spent on living expenses, so access to quality goods at reasonable prices is very important. Workers feel more secure when goods at stores and supermarkets near the industrial park are always strictly inspected.

In fact, strict control of the market in industrial zones has contributed to balancing supply and demand of goods, stabilizing the lives of tens of thousands of workers. This is also an important factor in strengthening investors' confidence, affirming Thai Nguyen as a safe and reliable destination for businesses.

Tighten market management

Market Management Team No. 4 is in charge of the following wards and communes: Pho Yen, Van Xuan, Trung Thanh, Phuc Thuan, Thanh Cong, Song Cong, Ba Xuyen and Bach Quang - where many large industrial parks and clusters are concentrated such as Samsung Thai Nguyen, Song Cong I Industrial Park, Song Cong II Industrial Park, Diem Thuy Industrial Park... This is an area with a large number of workers and a very high demand for essential goods, so market management work must be carried out regularly and closely to promptly detect and handle violations.

From the beginning of 2025 to now, Market Management Team No. 4 has inspected 71 cases, handled 68 violations, collected more than 641 million VND for the budget; the value of the violated goods is over 536 million VND, of which more than 375 million VND was forced to be destroyed. Violations are mainly concentrated in food and clothing such as: spoiled food, smuggled goods, goods of unknown origin, counterfeit goods...

Mr. Nguyen Van Nham, Deputy Head of Market Management Team No. 4, said: There are currently more than 5,500 organizations, individuals, and business households operating in the area, many of which directly supply industrial parks. The team focuses on implementing peak periods against smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods and regularly coordinates with functional agencies and local authorities to promptly handle typical cases, not allowing violations to persist.

Along with inspection and handling, Market Management Team No. 4 also strengthens legal dissemination for businesses and business households. Raising awareness of business responsibility and ensuring consumer rights is considered a long-term solution, helping to form a transparent and sustainable business culture.

In the context of Thai Nguyen striving to become the industrial center of the region, building a transparent business environment and healthy competition is of great significance. With the synchronous participation of functional forces, enterprises and people, market management work in industrial parks will continue to achieve many positive results, contributing to ensuring sustainable development for the locality.
