At the ceremony, Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh conveyed the greetings of General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong and senior leaders of the Vietnamese Party and State to General Secretary and President Xi Jinping. Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh affirmed that he will do his best to promote the relationship between the two Parties and countries to continuously develop stably, healthily and sustainably.

After Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh and the Ambassadors of other countries completed the ceremony of presenting their Letters of Credence, Chinese President Xi Jinping held a general reception and delivered a welcoming speech to the Ambassadors.
