Secretary of the Tan Minh Commune Party Committee, Ha Le Thanh Chung, emphasized: In the next 5 years, Tan Minh will mobilize, exploit and effectively use all resources for development; promote administrative reform; apply science - technology, innovation and digital transformation. The commune prioritizes the application of achievements of the 4th Industrial Revolution in economic development, social management and improving labor productivity. The locality builds e-government, digital government to develop health care, education , environmental protection and encourage the spirit of innovation, creativity, and breakthroughs in development.
Tan Minh wants to develop industry and construction, must speed up progress, put Tan Duc Industrial Park into operation soon; deploy the establishment and investment in infrastructure of Tan Duc Industrial Park phase 2, Tan Phuc 1 Industrial Cluster, Tan Phuc 2... to become an important driving force in the economic growth of the commune. The Party Committee of Tan Minh commune is determined and confident in successfully implementing the resolution of the Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term, striving to develop the homeland comprehensively and sustainably, with key projects: Tan Duc Industrial Park Phase 2, Tan Phuc 1 and Tan Phuc 2 Industrial Clusters; site clearance for the high-speed railway project through the commune; site clearance for the Tan Minh - Son My road through the commune; planning and construction of the Tan Minh Commune Administrative Center; social housing project in Tan Duc Industrial Park.
Agriculture , trade as the foundation
At the 2025-2030 term congress, the Tan Minh Commune Party Committee identified the task of focusing on strongly transforming the mindset from traditional agricultural production to high-tech production, ecological agricultural cultivation, organic agriculture, and circular agriculture. The commune enhances the application of high science and technology and digital transformation in production; linking production with processing, preservation and consumption of agricultural products; prioritizing agricultural and forestry products with local strengths.
Along with developing high-quality crop and livestock varieties suitable for climate conditions, Tan Minh builds a list of key agricultural products with the commune brand; improves the quality of OCOP products. The locality continues to invest in technical infrastructure to serve production and respond to climate change; promotes production - processing - consumption linkages along the value chain, especially between farmers and businesses and cooperatives.
The Party Executive Committee of Tan Minh commune in the new term will resolutely deploy and effectively implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the 13th Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. Promote the application of digital technology in planning, land and resource management, serving the operation and handling of public administrative procedures quickly, transparently and effectively.
In particular, transparency in land allocation and land use conversion, especially in areas with potential for industrial, service and residential development. Well organize site clearance for key development projects, ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of local people.
In particular, focus on promoting the development of rural service and trade sectors, especially services related to agriculture and logistics services for industrial parks. Develop eco-tourism associated with agricultural experiences in areas with conditions. Encourage the development of collective economic forms, cooperatives, small and medium enterprises suitable to local conditions. Effectively implement the national target program on new rural construction for the period 2025 - 2030.
Promote the role of economic sectors, promote the development of economic sectors in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development in accordance with local practical conditions. Mobilize, attract and effectively use resources to serve development requirements; invest in completing socio-economic infrastructure, developing the fields of culture, education, health, ensuring progress, social equity, social security; maintain national defense - security, social order and safety.
Main targets for the 2025 - 2030 term
- Maintain the title of new rural commune.
- Average gross product growth rate reaches 12.13 - 13%/year, of which industry and construction increase by 56 - 60%, services increase by 8.72 - 9%, agriculture - forestry increase by 5.09 - 6%.
- Budget revenue increased by 10 - 11%/year, average income reached 76 million VND.
- The multidimensional poverty rate decreases by 1 - 1.5%/year, and the rate of ethnic minorities decreases by 2 - 3%.
- The rate of people with health insurance is over 95%, households using hygienic water is 99%, clean water is over 65%.
- The rate of trained workers is 89%, of which 35 - 40% have degrees and certificates.
- Forest cover over 42%; industrial waste and wastewater treatment reaches 100%.
- 97% of households achieved the title of cultural family, 90% of villages achieved and maintained the title of cultural village, aiming to build a comprehensive exemplary commune.
