The 13th Congress of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Office

This morning, June 10, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Office held its 13th Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies Nguyen Dang Quang attended the congress.

The political report at the congress stated: in the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office has been united, unified, and strived to achieve many comprehensive results in all aspects of work, successfully completing the task of advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Specifically, the Party Committee has directed the Provincial Party Committee Office to effectively perform its advisory and appraisal tasks on over 7,500 documents of all kinds, including 325 minutes, 7 resolutions, 1,920 decisions, 42 directives, 738 conclusions, 143 programs, 192 plans, 908 notices, 526 reports, and 1,884 directives. At the same time, it has advised on handling over 1,000 petitions and recommendations from individuals and organizations sent to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

The Party Committee has thoroughly grasped and promptly implemented the resolutions and directives of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on Party building and building a clean and strong political system. Inspection and supervision work has been strengthened, contributing to maintaining Party discipline and order. The Party Committee has paid special attention to political and ideologicaleducation , improving the political capacity and revolutionary ethics of cadres and Party members.

Personnel work is carried out strictly, democratically, objectively, and in accordance with procedures and regulations. The Party Committee has paid attention to training, fostering, arranging, and assigning personnel in accordance with their capacity, strengths, and task requirements.

The Congress focused on discussing, determining directions, goals, tasks and major solutions for the 2025-2030 term with the theme: "Building a clean and strong Party organization; solidarity, discipline, responsibility, creativity; improving the quality and effectiveness of advisory and service work, meeting the leadership and direction requirements of the provincial Party Committee in the new situation".

In the coming term, the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee determines to continue to strengthen and build a clean and strong Party Committee in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. Improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the contingent of cadres and party members.

Regarding professional work, the Party Committee will continue to innovate and improve the quality of advisory and synthesis work, serving the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in a proactive, timely, high-quality and effective manner. At the same time, proactively grasp the situation, forecast emerging issues to promptly advise and propose feasible solutions.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agencies Nguyen Dang Quang highly appreciated the efforts and results that the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee has achieved in the past term, especially its advisory and assisting role.

It is hoped that in the coming time, the new Party Committee will continue to improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of Party members; innovate leadership methods, closely follow political tasks, improve the effectiveness of staff work, synthesis, ensure correctness, accuracy and closeness to reality.

Proactively develop an action program to implement the congress resolution; promulgate regulations and rules of the Party Committee, clearly assign tasks, promote the role of the leader in association with collective strength; develop a work program, inspection and supervision program for the entire term, and link Party building work with the political tasks of the agency.

Continue to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities, especially thematic activities; strengthen inspection and supervision, promote democracy, and enhance the responsibility of Party members in performing tasks and living in their places of residence.

Building a party culture, a democratic, disciplined, and humane working environment; promoting digital transformation, digitizing work processes, improving efficiency, saving resources, ensuring information security; determined to exceed the targets of the resolution for the 2025-2030 term.

Immediately after the congress, coordinate to complete the merger of the Quang Tri and Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee Offices; develop a plan to organize the new apparatus, ensure working facilities; proactively review and propose to the Party Committee and Inspection Committee for the new term.

Continue to promote the role of advising and serving the Provincial Party Committee in arranging the organizational apparatus, the two-level local government model, organizing party congresses at all levels and carefully preparing for the Quang Tri Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
