Trade, service and tourism activities continued to develop, especially tourism focused on attracting capital to build and develop community tourism associated with traditional cultural identity, expanding cultural spaces, sightseeing and entertainment venues, the rate of tourists achieved positive results (an average increase of 8%/year), thereby creating jobs and increasing income for people.

The cultural and social fields have many positive changes; social security is ensured; political security and social order and safety are maintained; local defense is strengthened; people's lives are improved. The leadership role of Party committees at all levels is enhanced, the political system is consolidated; over 90% of Party cells have fulfilled their tasks well or better; 94% of Party members have fulfilled their tasks well or better; 100% of annual inspection and supervision plans have been completed; the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have fulfilled their tasks well or better.
