Provincial People's Council delegates meet voters in Nam Cua Viet commune

On July 25, in Nam Cua Viet commune, the Provincial People's Council delegates had a meeting with voters before the 2nd session of the 8th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.

At the meeting, voters made recommendations and proposals focusing on issues such as: Investing in upgrading Thai Lai dam, Bo Ban bridge and some residential roads in the area; some households still throw household waste in the wrong places, affecting the environment; the current situation of livestock and aquaculture facilities discharging wastewater into the environment causing pollution; the need for clean water for daily life; policies for people with meritorious services; support for livestock households when affected by African swine fever is still slow; the situation of fake and poor quality goods is rampant, affecting people's health...

After listening to the opinions of voters, representatives of relevant departments, branches and localities received and explained the recommendations according to their authority. The representative of the delegation of the Provincial People's Council also acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiastic opinions of voters; at the same time, hoped that voters would actively participate in contributing opinions to build a model of effective and efficient 2-level local government. The delegation of the Provincial People's Council will receive and synthesize the remaining recommendations to forward to the relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.
