At the meeting, leaders of the communes reported on the general results of implementing political tasks after the merger, the advantages and difficulties in organizing the apparatus, stabilizing the ideology of cadres, party members and people; the arrangement and layout of headquarters and facilities to serve the work; propaganda and mobilization work for the people; the situation of security and order, production and life in the locality...

Speaking at the working session, the heads of the working delegation praised the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front and mass organizations of the localities in the initial stages of the merger.

The comrades emphasized that merging administrative units is a major policy of the Party to streamline the apparatus, improve the effectiveness of State management, and create conditions to promote sustainable socio -economic development. Party committees and authorities of communes need to continue to do a good job of ideological work among cadres, party members and people; promptly grasp and resolve the legitimate aspirations and wishes of the people, ensuring social security. In particular, promoting the exemplary role of leaders, upholding the principles of democratic centralism and unity in direction and administration.

Note that localities need to step up propaganda and mobilize the masses to comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; launch emulation movements to welcome Party congresses at all levels, preserve national cultural identity; improve the quality of activities of mass organizations, promote the strength of the great national unity bloc. Continue to complete steps in the process of perfecting the organizational apparatus, managing public assets, ensuring facilities for smooth and effective operations.
