- On the morning of August 29, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs to organize a conference to announce the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on the appointment of the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.

Attending the conference were comrade Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Department of Home Affairs; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office.

Comrade Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 1888 dated August 26, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on appointing comrade Hoang Cao Thuong, Chief of Office of the Department of Industry and Trade to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade from September 1, 2025, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Comrade Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, gave a congratulatory speech and assigned tasks to the new Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.

Presenting the decision and speaking at the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated Mr. Hoang Cao Thuong and expressed his belief that in his new position, he will continue to promote his capacity and intelligence, and constantly strive with the leadership of the Department of Industry and Trade to perform well the assigned tasks.
