Ms. Bui Mai Hoa, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
On February 19, the Standing Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on organization and personnel work.
Accordingly, the decision ended the activities of the Party delegations, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises of Ninh Binh Province. The decisions take effect from March 1, 2025.
Establishment of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission on the basis of merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission. Ms. Bui Mai Hoa, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, was transferred to hold the position of Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission from March 1.
The establishment of the Party Committee of Party agencies directly under the Provincial Party Committee includes 24 grassroots Party organizations and 584 Party members, transferred from the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council Mai Van Tuat holds the position of Party Committee Secretary for the 2020-2025 term.
The establishment of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee includes 41 grassroots Party organizations and 4,990 Party members transferred from the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc holds the position of Party Committee Secretary for the 2020-2025 term.
Along with that, the decision was made to transfer the grassroots Party organizations and Party members under the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc to directly under the Yen Khanh and Gia Vien District Party Committees, Hoa Lu and Tam Diep City Party Committees.
