Can Tho City Police started building a house for members of the People's Police Veterans Association

(CT) - Implementing the policy of the Ministry of Public Security on eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses and helping members of the People's Police Association (CAND) with especially difficult circumstances, Can Tho City Police recently coordinated to organize the groundbreaking ceremony to build a house for member of the People's Police Association Bui Van Cau in Nhon Ai commune, Can Tho city.

Mr. Bui Van Cau’s family is living in a dilapidated house that is not safe during the rainy season. After a survey, the City Police proposed to support the cost of repairing the house and mobilized 120 million VND.

According to Can Tho City Police, the program to build and repair houses for members of the City's Association of Former Police Officers in difficult circumstances not only demonstrates the spirit of mutual love, but also shows deep gratitude to veteran police officers who have made many contributions to the cause of protecting the security and order of the homeland and the country. The project is also a meaningful activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2, the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Police (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).
