The Government issued Decree No. 43/2025/ND-CP dated February 28, 2025 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The Decree takes effect from March 1, 2025.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is a Government agency, performing the function of state management of culture; family; physical education and sports; tourism; press; radio and television; news agencies; publishing, printing, distribution; electronic information; grassroots information and foreign information nationwide; state management of public services in sectors and fields under the state management of the Ministry./.
