Training knowledge and skills in the digital age and applying AI in banking activities

On the morning of July 6, at the Provincial Party Committee Hall, Base 2 (Binh Kien Ward), Agribank Phu Yen Branch opened the training program "Knowledge, skills in the digital age and AI application in banking activities".

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Phan Thong Thai, Director of Agribank Phu Yen Branch, said: "In the context of widespread digital transformation, AI is no longer a distant concept but has become an essential tool, fundamentally changing the way we operate, serve and develop modern banks. Lecturers from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City introduced basic knowledge about AI and virtual assistant tools to staff of Agribank Phu Yen Branch.

Realizing that role, Agribank Phu Yen Branch organized the training program "Knowledge, skills in the digital age and application of Al in banking activities" with practical, focused content, closely following work practices.

During September 6-7, more than 300 officers and employees of the entire branch were equipped with basic knowledge of AI and popular virtual assistant tools in the digital environment by lecturers from Ho Chi Minh City Banking University; practical instructions on using AI to support professional work in the fields of credit, accounting, law, communications, administration - office...
