In the moderneducational trend, when life skills, dedication and practical experience are increasingly becoming the core values of the global citizen generation. Tien Phong Joint Stock Company, a pioneer in the field of media - events - education for many years, officially launched an experience program exclusively for high school students called Youth Volunteers for Community (YVC).
When the trip becomes a lesson in maturity
Not a tour , nor a dry skill class - "Youth for the community" is a special journey designed by Tien Phong Joint Stock Company specifically for high school students (15-18 years old). In just 2-3 days, the students can pack their backpacks and travel to lands rich in cultural identity, but still facing many difficulties. Here, the students not only explore the majestic beauty of nature, learn about local customs and practices, but also directly participate in community support activities such as: planting trees, cleaning the environment, organizing games for children, helping people..., things that seem very small but sow the seeds of great change in their thinking.

Each trip has a separate theme, revolving around the message of positive living, connecting the community, improving skills, self-worth and taking action for a sustainable future. The campaign “Planting 100,000 trees for a sustainable Vietnam” will be a journey throughout this summer – where young people not only experience, but also truly leave meaningful footprints.
The most remarkable point of the program is not where the children go, but what they will bring back with them – a new perspective on life, a little pride in having contributed a small part to the community, and a step forward on the journey to adulthood.

Practical value for students
The focus of the “Youth for the Community” program is to help children experience maturity, care, share and act for the community. Through a series of practical activities, each student will discover , experience and develop their inner maturity: building life skills, the ability to overcome difficulties, humility and empathy.
The program is also an environment for students to develop essential skills in the 21st century such as leadership, teamwork, communication, problem solving, independent living and nurturing the desire to live positively and contribute. This is a valuable asset for the future - especially a prominent plus point in the application for studying abroad or applying for international scholarships.

All activities are designed according to life skills education standards, accompanied by a team of professional instructors. Before departure, students will be trained to prepare the necessary skills, ensuring that each trip is truly a journey of learning and growth.
The starting point for the journey of youth - go and contribute
Bac Ha Town – Lao Cai Province is the first destination of “Youth for the Community” with the theme “Planting 100,000 trees for a sustainable Vietnam” taking place in June and July 2025. This will be the first brick in a series of weekly community service activities. In addition, the program is also expanding cooperation with schools, educational organizations and local units to develop into an ecosystem of experience – learning – dedication, creating equal opportunities for all students on the journey to becoming responsible and courageous citizens.
