Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan and the working delegation inspected the CT.02 intersection of Component Project 3, part of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Project.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan directly inspected the implementation of the following projects: Component 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Project Phase 1; Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Investment Project, Eastern bypass of Buon Ma Thuot City; Ton Duc Thang Road Project; Hung Vuong Road Project and Ea Tam Irrigation Reservoir Project. These are all projects of strategic significance, playing an important role in promoting the socio -economic development of the province.

The working delegation listened to the investor report on difficulties in site clearance for the Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Investment Project, the eastern bypass section of Buon Ma Thuot City.

In their report at the inspection, the investors said that the biggest difficulty in implementing the projects is that the site clearance work has not been completed, especially the determination of specific land prices, which has delayed the progress of the projects. Although the contractors have prepared vehicles, equipment, gathered materials and committed to start construction immediately after the site is handed over, the progress is still affected.

To solve this problem, investors have proposed that the Provincial People's Committee direct the People's Committees of wards and communes where the project passes to urgently and proactively balance the budget to have a basis for organizing the appraisal and approval of specific land prices to serve as a basis for the establishment and approval of compensation and support plans, ensuring site clearance progress.

At the Ton Duc Thang Street Project, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan requested local authorities to coordinate with relevant units to speed up the progress of site handover.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Provincial People's Committee direct the adjustment of the 1/500 scale detailed construction planning project of the Ea Tam Irrigation Reservoir Urban Area, as well as request departments, branches and localities to actively coordinate and support in removing difficulties arising during the project implementation process.

After listening to the report and conducting a direct survey, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan acknowledged the efforts of the sectors and localities in site clearance work and coordination with the construction unit. He also frankly pointed out that in reality, there are still many locations where site clearance work has not been completed, directly affecting the progress of investment capital disbursement and the progress of project completion.

After many years of implementation, the Ea Tam Irrigation Reservoir Project still faces a problem in site clearance.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to soon have specific and drastic plans to remove obstacles and speed up progress, with the highest goal of promoting capital disbursement and completing projects on schedule. At the same time, it is noted that the Provincial Land Fund Development Center needs to soon issue a land price list and closely coordinate with localities to have a public and transparent land compensation price plan, ensuring the rights of the people. Investors and contractors need to proactively take measures to prevent storms and floods, ensuring absolute safety for people and machinery throughout the construction process.
