VPSF 2025 High-Level Dialogue: Accompanying Entrepreneurs, Promoting New Growth

A lively dialogue space, gathering nearly 1,000 delegates

The high-level dialogue session took place solemnly with the participation of nearly 1,000 delegates including leaders of the Party, State, Government, central and local ministries and branches, international organizations, experts, scientists and the business community nationwide.

Overview of the high-level dialogue session of VPSF 2025 with the participation of nearly 1,000 delegates including leaders of the Party, State, ministries, international organizations and the business community nationwide

At the forum, leaders of leading enterprises, economic experts and representatives of international organizations discussed enthusiastically, proposing many feasible solutions. The highlight was the proactive spirit of the business community - not only pointing out difficulties but also proposing policy initiatives, building national brands, developing green logistics infrastructure, and improving the business environment for enterprises.

Mr. Dang Hong Anh - Chairman of VPSF 2025, said: "We will propose to review current legal policies to advise the Government and ministries, helping production and business activities more smoothly. We also hope to have a channel to monitor and support business activities with ministries. Every year, we expect to maintain this forum to review what has been done and what contributions have been made to businesses. The Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association will also accompany the Government in training 10,000 CEOs and supporting the upgrading of individual business households."

Expecting the business community to create breakthroughs together

Speaking at the dialogue session, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his hope that the business community and entrepreneurs would strictly comply with the Party and State's guidelines and policies; demonstrate business ethics and social responsibility; and accompany the Government in the country's development.

The Prime Minister proposed to effectively implement the Resolutions of the 13th National Congress and the recently issued Resolutions of the Politburo, in which it is important to apply technology and innovation to consolidate and develop new growth drivers in the spirit of: "Don't say no, don't say difficult, don't say yes but don't do it".

The Prime Minister emphasized: "I hope you will create motivation and inspire the spirit of great national unity. Show the strength of entrepreneurs, promote the strength of the people, the strength of the nation, the strength of the country. Continue to innovate thinking, act decisively, for the benefit of the nation, the people, for your own benefit. You must look far and wide, think deeply, do big, develop quickly but sustainably. I give the forum 20 words: "Pride - intelligence - humanity - morality - integration - development - breakthrough".

The Prime Minister believes that the business community will join the Government, ministries, and localities in promoting the implementation of three strategic breakthroughs in the direction of "open institutions - smooth infrastructure - smart entrepreneurs". He called on entrepreneurs nationwide to constantly innovate, seize opportunities, and take strong actions to not only develop themselves but also contribute to the common prosperity of the country.
