Party Cell 3 under the Party Committee of the General Corporation organized regular activities in September 2025 to thoroughly grasp Directive No. 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat.

In the competitive atmosphere to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Petrovietnam and in response to the plan of the Party Committee of the Corporation, Party Cell 3 under the Party Committee of the Corporation's Office organized a regular meeting for September 2025 on September 3, 2025 at the headquarters of the Corporation, with the full participation of Party members in the Party Cell.

At the meeting, Party Cell 3 deployed and disseminated important documents, including:

- Plan No. 02-KH/DU dated August 14, 2025 of the PVN Party Committee on implementing Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period.
- Official dispatch No. 379-CV/DU dated August 18, 2025 of the Government Party Committee on implementing the first online contest to learn about Party resolutions for Party members and officials on the internet.
- Official dispatch No. 380-CV/DU dated August 18, 2025 of the Government Party Committee on implementing the communication plan to promote digital transformation in a fast, efficient, synchronous and interconnected manner to meet the requirements of restructuring the apparatus of the political system.
- Plan No. 02-KH/DU dated August 27, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Corporation on implementing Directive 05-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period.

The meeting emphasized the importance of Party cell activities, considering it a political task, a place to educate revolutionary ideals, train ethics, lifestyle and implement Party resolutions. Party committees, cadres and Party members must deeply understand the meaning and importance of Party cell activities, considering it a political command. Party cell activities are a place to educate and foster revolutionary ideals, train political ethics and lifestyle for Party members, and a place to implement Party policies and resolutions into concrete and practical actions in the activities of the General Corporation.

Notably, the content of the Party Cell's activities is more closely linked to the production and business practices and the specific professional advisory work of the two departments under Party Cell 3, which are the Party Office - Mass Organizations and the Human Resources Management Board. Reviewing the outstanding achievements that the departments under the Party Cell have achieved during the period, sharing useful information, as well as related upcoming work plans for all Party members of the Party Cell to grasp, discuss, find solutions to improve work efficiency and accompany each other in production and business tasks.

At the meeting, the Party Committee announced the unification of regular Party cell meetings on the 3rd of every month, and Party cell meetings are not combined with other meetings. The Party Committee and the entire Party cell continue to innovate the content, form and improve the quality of Party cell meetings in a practical, effective, and compliant manner, consistent with regulations and appropriate to the characteristics of the Party cell.
